With roots in yoga, Breathwork, sound healing, and myofascial release, her work is a multidimensional invitation into embodied healing. She has facilitated transformative practices in South Africa, Egypt, and beyond, holding space for deep personal and collective restoration.
A passionate advocate for the healing power of fascia, Natalie seamlessly integrates evidence-based techniques with intuitive movement, guiding her students into profound release, reconnection, and realignment.
