Natalie is a trauma informed Hatha Flow, Yin yoga & Breathwork teacher-trainer, a sound healer, fascia lover, and the co-creator of the UNWIND™ Method. With over 2 decades of experience in movement therapy and holistic wellness, she holds space with intuitive care, deep anatomical knowledge, and a fierce commitment to healing through softness. Whether guiding a transformational Breathwork session or facilitating a myofascial release session, Natalie’s work is rooted in the belief that rest and gentleness is revolutionary.
