🔁 Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery if your item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resell able condition. To initiate a return, please email info@unwind-myofascial-release.com with your order number and reason for return.
Please note:
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (unless the item was damaged or sent in error).
We recommend using a tracked courier service.
💳 Refunds
Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we’ll process your refund within 5–7 working days.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. You’ll receive a confirmation email once it’s done.
💔 Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, we’re truly sorry. Please notify us within 3 days of receiving your parcel by emailing info@unwind-myofascial-release.com with photos and details. We’ll send a replacement or arrange a full refund right away.

📦 Shipping Areas
We currently only ship throughout South Africa. If you’re outside SA and would love our products, feel free to get in touch - we’ll do our best to assist.
🚚 Processing & Delivery Times
All orders are processed within 2–3 working days.
Once dispatched, delivery typically takes:
Major cities: 2–4 working days
Outlying areas: 3–5 working days
Please note that delays can occasionally occur due to couriers or unforeseen circumstances - we’ll always keep you updated.
💰 Shipping Costs
A standard delivery fee of R120 per local order will apply.

Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a tracking number via SMS or Email so you can follow your parcel’s journey to your door.
