🔁 Returns

 

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery if your item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition.

To initiate a return, please email info@unwind-myofascial-release.com with your order number and reason for return.

 

Please note:

 

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (unless the item was damaged or sent in error).

• We recommend using a tracked courier service.

 

💳 Refunds

 

Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we’ll process your refund within 5–7 working days.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. You’ll receive a confirmation email once it’s done.

 

💔 Damaged or Incorrect Items

 

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, we’re truly sorry. Please notify us within 3 days of receiving your parcel by emailing info@unwind-myofascial-release.com with photos and details. We’ll send a replacement or arrange a full refund right away.

📦 Shipping Areas

 

We currently ship throughout South Africa, with international shipping coming soon. If you’re outside SA and would love our products, feel free to get in touch - we’ll do our best to assist.

 

🚚 Processing & Delivery Times

 

All orders are processed within 2–3 working days. Once dispatched, delivery typically takes:

 

• Major cities: 2–4 working days

• Outlying areas: 3–5 working days

 

Please note that delays can occasionally occur due to couriers or unforeseen circumstances - we’ll always keep you updated.

 

💰 Shipping Costs

 

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

We also offer free shipping on orders over R1000 within South Africa.

Your tools will arrive beautifully and securely packaged using recyclable materials wherever possible - because caring for your fascia and the Earth go hand in hand.

 

📬 Order Tracking

 

Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your parcel’s journey to your door.
